Meditation
If there is enough interest and
a suitable time can be found,
John will lead a small informal
meditation group here.
As you probably know,
previous experience in some
form of practice is not needed
for some one to begin
immediately to derive benefit
from meditation. So if you
have never attempted
meditation but would like to
try, welcome to the group!
Equally, however many hours
you have spent in whatever
form of practice, it is possible
to derive further benefit from
cont inued pract ice in a
congenial context. If like
John (who started meditating
in 1975) you have long experience of meditation,
welcome to the group!
Members do not have to be
already attending
Sorrowlessfield. If you have a
friend who might be
interested, let them know too.
